sch.1-sec.5 Skin of imported macropod
The skin of a dead imported macropod if the skin was— lawfully processed at a commercial tannery in the State from which it was obtained; and lawfully moved into the State.
- (a) lawfully processed at a commercial tannery in the State from which it was obtained; and
- (b) lawfully moved into the State.
