sec.13 General restriction on grant
The chief executive must not grant any of the following animal authorities for koalas— a standard licence; a specialised licence; an advanced licence; a harvesting licence; a dealer licence; a damage mitigation permit; a permit to keep. s 13 amd 2020 SL No. 9 s 22 sub 2020 SL No. 136 s 442 sch 8
- (a) a standard licence;
- (b) a specialised licence;
- (c) an advanced licence;
- (d) a harvesting licence;
- (e) a dealer licence;
- (f) a damage mitigation permit;
- (g) a permit to keep.
