4 Requirement to operate deer farm
A person must not operate a deer farm unless the person –
(a) holds a deer farm licence to operate the deer farm; or
(b) is acting in accordance with a deer farm licence in respect of the deer farm.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
