sec.86 Sampling or implanting animals
This section applies if— the holder of an animal authority, or a relevant person for the holder, keeps a live authorised animal under the authority; and the chief executive gives the holder a notice, mentioned in section 366 (2) or (3) , in relation to the animal. The holder must comply with the notice within the stated period for the notice. (sec.86-ssec.1) This section applies if— the holder of an animal authority, or a relevant person for the holder, keeps a live authorised animal under the authority; and the chief executive gives the holder a notice, mentioned in section 366 (2) or (3) , in relation to the animal. (sec.86-ssec.2) The holder must comply with the notice within the stated period for the notice.
