sec.5 Meaning of relevant person

Subject to subsections (2) and (3) , a relevant person , for the holder of an animal authority, is— if the holder is an individual—an employee or agent of the individual acting under the direction of the individual; or if the holder is a corporation, other than an incorporated association— the person in charge for the authority; or an executive officer, employee or agent of the corporation acting under the direction of the person mentioned in subparagraph (i) . A relevant person , for the holder of a rehabilitation permit, if the holder is an incorporated association, is— the person in charge for the authority; or an officer, member, employee or agent of the holder acting under the direction of the person mentioned in paragraph (a) . A relevant person , for an entity other than the holder of an animal authority, is— the person in charge of the entity; or an executive officer, employee or agent of the entity acting under the direction of the entity or the person mentioned in paragraph (a) . s 5 amd 2025 SL No. 125 s 4 (sec.5-ssec.1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3) , a relevant person , for the holder of an animal authority, is— if the holder is an individual—an employee or agent of the individual acting under the direction of the individual; or if the holder is a corporation, other than an incorporated association— the person in charge for the authority; or an executive officer, employee or agent of the corporation acting under the direction of the person mentioned in subparagraph (i) . (sec.5-ssec.2) A relevant person , for the holder of a rehabilitation permit, if the holder is an incorporated association, is— the person in charge for the authority; or an officer, member, employee or agent of the holder acting under the direction of the person mentioned in paragraph (a) . (sec.5-ssec.3) A relevant person , for an entity other than the holder of an animal authority, is— the person in charge of the entity; or an executive officer, employee or agent of the entity acting under the direction of the entity or the person mentioned in paragraph (a) .

• (a) if the holder is an individual—an employee or agent of the individual acting under the direction of the individual; or
• (b) if the holder is a corporation, other than an incorporated association— (i) the person in charge for the authority; or (ii) an executive officer, employee or agent of the corporation acting under the direction of the person mentioned in subparagraph (i) .
• (i) the person in charge for the authority; or
• (ii) an executive officer, employee or agent of the corporation acting under the direction of the person mentioned in subparagraph (i) .
• (i) the person in charge for the authority; or
• (ii) an executive officer, employee or agent of the corporation acting under the direction of the person mentioned in subparagraph (i) .
