sec.48 Commercial interactions for marine parks generally
Subject to division 1 , a person may engage in a commercial interaction with a live protected animal in the wild if the person’s interaction with the animal is permitted under— the Marine Parks Act 2004 ; or the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 (Cwlth) .
- (a) the Marine Parks Act 2004 ; or
- (b) the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 (Cwlth) .
