sec.47 Requirement to give report about activities
The operator of the Tin Can Bay dolphin feeding program must, unless the operator has a reasonable excuse, give the chief executive a written report, in the approved form, about the activities carried out as part of the program— for each month; and within 10 business days after the month ends. Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
- (a) for each month; and
- (b) within 10 business days after the month ends.
