sec.431 Undecided applications relating to particular animal authorities

This section applies if— before the commencement, a person made— an application for an animal authority; or an application to renew or amend an animal authority; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided or withdrawn. See also section 220 of the Act in relation to particular applications dealt with by the operation of an automated system before the commencement. This regulation, as in force from the commencement, applies in relation to deciding the application. s 431 ins 2025 SL No. 125 s 32 (sec.431-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person made— an application for an animal authority; or an application to renew or amend an animal authority; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided or withdrawn. (sec.431-ssec.2) This regulation, as in force from the commencement, applies in relation to deciding the application.

• (a) before the commencement, a person made— (i) an application for an animal authority; or (ii) an application to renew or amend an animal authority; and
• (i) an application for an animal authority; or
• (ii) an application to renew or amend an animal authority; and

• (i) an application for an animal authority; or
