sec.416 Undecided applications for amendment of map
This section applies if— a local government made an application (the existing application ) under the repealed management regulation, section 381; and immediately before the commencement, the existing application had not been decided. The existing application is taken to be an application made under section 371. (sec.416-ssec.1) This section applies if— a local government made an application (the existing application ) under the repealed management regulation, section 381; and immediately before the commencement, the existing application had not been decided.
