sec.414 Approvals about use or transfer of tags

This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave an approval under— the repealed management regulation, section 335; or the repealed management regulation, section 349; and the approval relates to a tag supplied for an animal; and immediately before the commencement, the approval was in effect. The approval is taken to be an approval given under— for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(i)—section 353; or for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(ii)—section 351. (sec.414-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave an approval under— the repealed management regulation, section 335; or the repealed management regulation, section 349; and the approval relates to a tag supplied for an animal; and immediately before the commencement, the approval was in effect. (sec.414-ssec.2) The approval is taken to be an approval given under— for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(i)—section 353; or for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(ii)—section 351.

• (b) the approval relates to a tag supplied for an animal; and
• (c) immediately before the commencement, the approval was in effect.

• (a) for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(i)—section 353; or
• (b) for an approval mentioned in subsection (1)(a)(ii)—section 351.
