sec.410 Existing temporary special management marine mammal
This section applies if a declaration (the existing declaration ), made under the repealed management regulation, section 367 was in effect immediately before the commencement. The declaration is taken to be a temporary special marine mammal declaration that is subject to the same terms, conditions or other restrictions (however described) that applied to the existing declaration immediately before the commencement. (sec.410-ssec.1) This section applies if a declaration (the existing declaration ), made under the repealed management regulation, section 367 was in effect immediately before the commencement. (sec.410-ssec.2) The declaration is taken to be a temporary special marine mammal declaration that is subject to the same terms, conditions or other restrictions (however described) that applied to the existing declaration immediately before the commencement.
