sec.409 Existing temporary special management area continued

This section applies if a declaration (the existing declaration ), made under the repealed management regulation, section 361 was in effect immediately before the commencement. The declaration is taken to be a temporary marine mammal special management area declaration that is subject to the same terms, conditions or other restrictions (however described) that applied to the existing declaration immediately before the commencement. (sec.409-ssec.1) This section applies if a declaration (the existing declaration ), made under the repealed management regulation, section 361 was in effect immediately before the commencement.
