sec.403 Term of transitioned authorities
A transitioned authority ends on the day it would have otherwise ended under a repealed provision, but for the repeal of the provision. Subsection (1) does not prevent a transitioned authority being amended, surrendered or cancelled under this regulation. (sec.403-ssec.1) A transitioned authority ends on the day it would have otherwise ended under a repealed provision, but for the repeal of the provision. (sec.403-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not prevent a transitioned authority being amended, surrendered or cancelled under this regulation.
