sec.376 Authorised persons assisting applicants with using authority management system
An application made using the authority management system is not invalid merely because— any information or documents required for the application are entered into the system by an authorised person with the consent of the applicant; or an authorised person completes the application on the system with the consent of the applicant. s 376 prev s 376 om 2022 Act No. 9 s 69 s ch 1 pt 2 pres s 376 ins 2025 SL No. 125 s 31
