The chief executive must— keep the urban flying-fox management area map published on the department’s website; and make the map available for inspection during office hours on business days, free of charge, by members of the public at the department’s head office and each regional office of the department; and permit anyone to take extracts from the map, free of charge, from the department’s website, head office or regional office.
