sec.365 Powers of conservation officer in relation to kept animals— Act , s 154
For section 154 (1) (e) of the Act , the following powers are prescribed— taking a biological sample from a live animal kept under an animal authority; checking a biological sample of a live animal kept under an animal authority; inserting an electromagnetic implant into a live animal kept under an animal authority; identifying the identification code for an electromagnetic implant inserted into a live animal kept under an animal authority. s 365 amd 2021 SL No. 36 s 20
- (a) taking a biological sample from a live animal kept under an animal authority;
- (b) checking a biological sample of a live animal kept under an animal authority;
- (c) inserting an electromagnetic implant into a live animal kept under an animal authority;
- (d) identifying the identification code for an electromagnetic implant inserted into a live animal kept under an animal authority.
