sec.362 Exemption for dead animal collection authority
No fee is payable for the grant of a dead animal collection authority if the authority is granted to 1 of the following entities, or a person on behalf of 1 of the following entities— a non-profit organisation that is an incorporated association; an educational institution.
- (a) a non-profit organisation that is an incorporated association;
- (b) an educational institution.
