sec.360 Exemption for particular farming licences
No fee is payable for the grant of a farming licence for an animal if— the licence is granted to a research institution or educational institution; and the animal is to be used for scientific research or educational purposes related to wildlife farming.
- (a) the licence is granted to a research institution or educational institution; and
- (b) the animal is to be used for scientific research or educational purposes related to wildlife farming.
