sec.358 Exemption for harvesting licence for racing lizards
No fee is payable for the grant of a harvesting licence for a racing lizard if— the licence is granted to the secretary of the committee of the Cunnamulla–Eulo Festival of Opals; and the lizard is to be used for racing at the festival.
- (a) the licence is granted to the secretary of the committee of the Cunnamulla–Eulo Festival of Opals; and
- (b) the lizard is to be used for racing at the festival.
