sec.355 Recall of approved tags supplied by chief executive
The chief executive may give a person a notice directing the person to return an approved tag supplied by the chief executive. The notice must state— the place where the tag must be returned; and the date and time by which the tag must be returned. The person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, comply with the notice. Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —50 penalty units.
