sec.319 Sampling or implanting animals

This section applies if— the holder of an exhibited animal authority keeps a live protected, international or prohibited animal under the authority; and the chief executive gives the holder a notice, mentioned in section 366 (2) or (3) , in relation to the animal. The holder must, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse, comply with the notice within the stated period for the notice. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units. (sec.319-ssec.1) This section applies if— the holder of an exhibited animal authority keeps a live protected, international or prohibited animal under the authority; and the chief executive gives the holder a notice, mentioned in section 366 (2) or (3) , in relation to the animal.
