sec.30A Persons dealing with dead protected animals at request of authorised person
A person requested by an authorised person to deal with a dead protected animal may— move the animal to a place identified by the authorised person; or otherwise deal with the animal in the way directed by the authorised person. s 30A ins 2023 SL No. 186 s 8
- (a) move the animal to a place identified by the authorised person; or
- (b) otherwise deal with the animal in the way directed by the authorised person.
