sec.302 Affecting path of marine mammal
A person in control of a permitted boat must not, without a reasonable excuse— restrict the path of a marine mammal; or cause a marine mammal to change its direction of travel. Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
- (a) restrict the path of a marine mammal; or
- (b) cause a marine mammal to change its direction of travel.
