sec.297 Term of temporary special marine mammal declaration
A temporary special marine mammal declaration— takes effect— when the notice for the declaration is published under section 294 (3) (a) ; or if a later time is stated in the notice—at the later time; and applies for the period stated in the notice unless the declaration is revoked under section 298 .
- (a) takes effect— (i) when the notice for the declaration is published under section 294 (3) (a) ; or (ii) if a later time is stated in the notice—at the later time; and
- (i) when the notice for the declaration is published under section 294 (3) (a) ; or
- (ii) if a later time is stated in the notice—at the later time; and
- (b) applies for the period stated in the notice unless the declaration is revoked under section 298 .
- (i) when the notice for the declaration is published under section 294 (3) (a) ; or
- (ii) if a later time is stated in the notice—at the later time; and
