sec.264C Applications for amendment
The holder of a prescribed authority may apply for a relevant amendment to be made to the authority by the operation of the authority management system. The application must— be made using the authority management system; and state the applicant particulars; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee for the application. s 264C ins 2025 SL No. 125 s 21 (sec.264C-ssec.1) The holder of a prescribed authority may apply for a relevant amendment to be made to the authority by the operation of the authority management system.
