sec.257B Application and purpose of division

This division applies in relation to a renewable licence (a prescribed renewable licence ) that is prescribed, for section 143B (1) (b) of the Act , as a type of relevant authority that may be automatically renewed by the operation of the authority management system. See also sections 88A (2) , 99A (2) and 112A (2) .
