sec.255 Maximum term for collection authorities
The maximum term for each of the following animal authorities is as follows— a least concern animal collection authority—6 months; a dead animal collection authority—5 years.
- (a) a least concern animal collection authority—6 months;
- (b) a dead animal collection authority—5 years.
