sec.253 Maximum term for licences
The maximum term for each of the following animal authorities is as follows— a standard licence—5 years; a specialised licence—5 years; an advanced licence—5 years; a harvesting licence—1 year; a dealer licence—3 years; an interaction licence—1 year; a farming licence—3 years.
- (a) a standard licence—5 years;
- (b) a specialised licence—5 years;
