sec.252 Term
An animal authority is granted, or automatically issued, for the term stated in it. The term must not be more than— if a conservation plan states a maximum term for the authority—the stated term; or See the Nature Conservation (Macropod) Conservation Plan 2017 , section 33A in relation to the maximum term for a harvesting licence for harvest macropods. otherwise—the maximum term stated in this part for the authority. Subject to part 5 , the authority ends at the end of the term. s 252 amd 2025 SL No. 125 s 34 sch 1 pt 1 (sec.252-ssec.1) An animal authority is granted, or automatically issued, for the term stated in it.
