sec.245 Steps to be taken after application decided

If the chief executive decides to grant an animal authority, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give the applicant— the authority; and if a condition was imposed on the authority under section 244 (1) (a) —an information notice for the decision to impose the condition. Subsection (1) (b) does not apply in relation to a condition the applicant sought in the application. If the chief executive decides to refuse the application, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
