sec.243 Amending application
An applicant may amend an application for an animal authority if— the chief executive has not finished considering whether to grant the authority; and the chief executive agrees to the amendment of the application. s 243 sub 2025 SL No. 125 s 10
- (a) the chief executive has not finished considering whether to grant the authority; and
- (b) the chief executive agrees to the amendment of the application.
