sec.236 Automatic issue of authorities
A prescribed authority is to be issued automatically by the operation of the authority management system only if— the applicant for the authority states the matters in section 237 ; and the proposed premises is in the State; and the applicant makes all the required declarations; and under chapter 4 , the authority can be automatically issued to the applicant. A prescribed authority is issued subject to the conditions applying in relation to the authority under chapter 4 . s 236 sub 2025 SL No. 125 s 10 (sec.236-ssec.1) A prescribed authority is to be issued automatically by the operation of the authority management system only if— the applicant for the authority states the matters in section 237 ; and the proposed premises is in the State; and the applicant makes all the required declarations; and under chapter 4 , the authority can be automatically issued to the applicant. (sec.236-ssec.2) A prescribed authority is issued subject to the conditions applying in relation to the authority under chapter 4 .
- (a) the applicant for the authority states the matters in section 237 ; and
- (b) the proposed premises is in the State; and
- (c) the applicant makes all the required declarations; and
- (d) under chapter 4 , the authority can be automatically issued to the applicant.
