sec.234 Application and purpose of part

This part applies in relation to an animal authority (a prescribed authority ) that is prescribed, for section 143B (1) (a) of the Act , as a type of relevant authority that may be automatically issued to a person by the operation of the authority management system. See also sections 88A (1) , 99A (1) and 112A (1) .
