sec.225 Taking and keeping animals
The holder of a least concern animal collection authority may carry out any of the following activities— take an authorised animal, other than for a commercial purpose; keep an authorised animal at the licensed premises for the authority, other than for a commercial purpose; use an authorised animal at the licensed premises for the authority, other than for a commercial purpose.
- (a) take an authorised animal, other than for a commercial purpose;
- (b) keep an authorised animal at the licensed premises for the authority, other than for a commercial purpose;
- (c) use an authorised animal at the licensed premises for the authority, other than for a commercial purpose.
