sec.22 Conservation value for classes of protected animals— Act , s 95

For section 95 (1) of the Act , an amount mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 , column 2 is prescribed as the conservation value for a protected animal in the class mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 , column 1 opposite the value. However, if a provision of a conservation plan prescribing a conservation value for a protected animal is inconsistent with an amount prescribed by subsection (1) , the provision of the conservation plan prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
