sec.217B Return of operations
The holder of a research permit must give the chief executive a return of operations for the permit. For the requirements for returns of operations, see chapter 8 . The holder complies with subsection (1) if a relevant person, or an approved person, for the holder gives the return to the chief executive for the holder. s 217B ins 2021 SL No. 36 s 16 (sec.217B-ssec.1) The holder of a research permit must give the chief executive a return of operations for the permit.
