sec.217 Moving animals
The holder of a research permit, or a relevant person for the holder, who takes a protected animal under the permit may move the animal from the place where the animal was taken to— the licensed premises for the permit; or for a part of a dead authorised animal mentioned in section 216 —another authorised premises for the animal. See part 2 , division 3 about moving particular animals under authorities.
- (a) the licensed premises for the permit; or
- (b) for a part of a dead authorised animal mentioned in section 216 —another authorised premises for the animal.
