sec.215 Taking, keeping and using animals
The holder of a research permit, or a relevant person for the holder, may carry out any of the following activities— if taking an authorised animal from a place is stated in the permit—take the authorised animal from the place; keep an authorised animal at the licensed premises for the permit; use an authorised animal, other than for a commercial purpose, at the licensed premises for the permit.
- (a) if taking an authorised animal from a place is stated in the permit—take the authorised animal from the place;
- (b) keep an authorised animal at the licensed premises for the permit;
- (c) use an authorised animal, other than for a commercial purpose, at the licensed premises for the permit.
