sec.200 Grant of permit
Subject to section 201 and chapter 5 , part 2 , the chief executive may grant a rehabilitation permit for— a protected animal that is sick, injured or orphaned; or a protected animal whose habitat has been, or is likely to be, destroyed by human activity or a natural disaster.
- (a) a protected animal that is sick, injured or orphaned; or
- (b) a protected animal whose habitat has been, or is likely to be, destroyed by human activity or a natural disaster.
