sec.20 International wildlife
For section 81 of the Act , an animal mentioned in schedule 1 , part 3 , division 1 is prescribed as international wildlife. The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 3 , division 2 . (sec.20-ssec.1) For section 81 of the Act , an animal mentioned in schedule 1 , part 3 , division 1 is prescribed as international wildlife. (sec.20-ssec.2) The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 3 , division 2 .
