sec.198 Record keeping
This section applies in relation to a permit to keep if an authorised animal kept under the permit breeds. The holder of the permit must keep a record for the permit. For the requirements for records, see chapter 8 . The holder complies with subsection (2) if a relevant person, or an approved person, for the holder keeps the record for the holder.
