sec.177 Destroying etc. of flying-fox roosts
The holder of a flying-fox roost management permit for a flying-fox roost, or a relevant person for the holder, may carry out any of the following activities, to the extent stated in the permit— destroy the roost; drive away, or attempt to drive away, flying-foxes from the roost; disturb flying-foxes in the roost.
- (a) destroy the roost;
- (b) drive away, or attempt to drive away, flying-foxes from the roost;
- (c) disturb flying-foxes in the roost.
