sec.17 Vulnerable wildlife
For section 78B of the Act , an animal mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 5 , subdivision 1 is prescribed as vulnerable wildlife. The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 5 , subdivision 2 . (sec.17-ssec.1) For section 78B of the Act , an animal mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 5 , subdivision 1 is prescribed as vulnerable wildlife. (sec.17-ssec.2) The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 5 , subdivision 2 .
