sec.169 Dealing with animal breeding place
This section applies in relation to a damage mitigation permit for removing or otherwise dealing with an animal breeding place used by an authorised animal. The holder of the permit, or a relevant person for the holder, may remove the animal breeding place or deal with the place in the way stated in the permit.
