sec.15 Critically endangered wildlife

For section 78 of the Act , an animal mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 3 , subdivision 1 is prescribed as critically endangered wildlife. The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 3 , subdivision 2 . (sec.15-ssec.1) For section 78 of the Act , an animal mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 3 , subdivision 1 is prescribed as critically endangered wildlife. (sec.15-ssec.2) The declared management intent applicable to an animal mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the animal having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1 , part 2 , division 3 , subdivision 2 .
