sec.12 Purpose of chapter
This chapter— prescribes classes of animals for part 5 , division 2 of the Act ; and provides for the declared management intent applying to each class of animal for section 72 (2) of the Act ; and provides for the categorisation of animals for applying provisions of this regulation; and prescribes the conservation value for particular animals for section 95 of the Act .
