sec.114 Restrictions on grant or automatic issue of licence
An advanced licence must not be granted by the chief executive, or automatically issued, to a person if— the person holds a standard licence or a specialised licence; or the proposed premises is the licensed premises for another advanced licence. s 114 sub 2025 SL No. 125 s 9
- (a) the person holds a standard licence or a specialised licence; or
- (b) the proposed premises is the licensed premises for another advanced licence.
