90E Conservation advice—adopting advice for nationally threatened item (1) This section applies to a nationally threatened item. (2) The scientific committee may adopt an advice prepared by the Commonwealth or a participating State for the item if the advice corresponds, or substantially corresponds, with the requirements for a conservation advice mentioned in section 90C (3). (3) If the scientific committee adopts an advice for the item under this section, the advice is taken to be the conservation advice for the item.
