71 Threatened ecological communities list—eligibility criteria (1) The Minister must develop criteria to be used in deciding whether an ecological community is eligible to be included in a category in the threatened ecological communities list (the threatened ecological communities list criteria). (2) The threatened ecological communities list criteria may only include scientific matters. (3) In developing the threatened ecological communities list criteria, the Minister must have regard to— (a) the conservation of the ecological community; and (b) the ecological significance of the ecological community; and (4) In developing the threatened ecological communities list criteria, the Minister must consult—
