368 Determination of fees etc (1) The Minister may determine— (a) fees for this Act; and (b) the annual percentage rate at which interest payable under section 284 (4) (Financial assurance condition—recovery of extra costs) is to be calculated; and (c) the annual percentage rate at which interest accruing under section 285 (1) (a) (Financial assurance condition—money held by Territory) is to be calculated. (2) A determination is a disallowable instrument.
